I paid for additional features but it still says I need to purchase

Go to Settings in TWRP Manager and tap restore purchases and check to see if they are restored.  If they are not wipe data on TWRP Manager and wipe dalvik-cache in recovery and try again.  If this does not solve the problem please click the help button on this page and explain your issue in detail.

I would like to request a refund

Please click help button on this page and include what the issue is and your order number.  This can be found in your reciept that Google sent you when you purchased items.
